A: Firstly, our engineer will help you diagnose the problem through online guidance. If any parts are damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for free replacement. If you cannot fix the problem by replacing the new parts, we will send an engineer to your factory to help fix the machine.
Q3: What is the delivery time of your machine?
A: Normally, it would take about 90-120 days to complete the machine. The specific time depends on your machine.
Q4: Can you provide us with machine drawings and technical proposals?
A: Yes. After receiving your detailed requirements and product drawings, our engineer will come up with a suitable technical proposal along with basic machine concept drawings. Once you place the order, we will send you the more detailed technical configuration of the machine for your confirmation. Only after you confirm the technical configuration will we start the manufacturing process.
